The charming spa town of Llandrindod Wells is 7 miles away, offering a variety of independent shops and eateries as well as the opportunity to taste the spring mineral waters. Travel 15 miles to the historic market town of Builth Wells, home to the annual Royal Welsh Show and a very picturesque 18 hole golf course. Get up close and witness the magnificent red kites being fed just 10 miles away in Rhayader. Step into this homely retreat where you will find a comfortable living area with a sofa that doubles as a second double bed, alongside a dining table and chairs, and a Smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with a combination microwave/oven, two ring electric hob and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. At the rear of the pod is a shower room with a shower and WC, and a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed. Venturing outside, you have a private decked area with seating. Off road parking for two vehicles can be found at the side of the property.
