Additionally, the location provides easy access to the Broads National Park, Southwold, Dunwich, RSPB Minsmere, National Trust Dunwich Heath Nature Reserve, and the historic city of Norwich.
Upon entering the property, guests will find a cosy open plan kitchen and dining area equipped with all the necessary amenities. The master bedroom/lounge area features a king-size bed, ample storage space, and a Smart TV for entertainment. The bathroom includes a bath with a shower over and WC for guests' convenience. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests also have access to an indoor pool, sauna, and games room shared with the owners, providing a relaxing space to unwind and recharge.
The owner's beautiful grounds with a pond and neighboring alpacas are available for guests to explore. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead outside of the enclosed patio area. Private parking for one car is provided. The pool is heated from April 1st to November 1st, and guests are advised to bring their own towels for pool and sauna use.
