Leading from the hallway is the stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, as you enter the well equipped kitchen area there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge with ice compartment. Moving into the dining area there is a dining table with chairs, for the family to enjoy meals together. Entering the lounge area there is a TV surrounded by comfy seating where you can relax, from here there is a patio door leading to the rear garden. Back through the hallway the stairs lead to the first floor where you will find two double bedrooms and the bathroom with bath and WC. Outside from the lounge patio door is an enclosed garden with seating area, BBQ and a chimenea. Beyond the enclosed garden there is a large grassed area where the family can enjoy a game of football or rounder's. Through the gate you are taken to the BBQ hut with charcoal BBQ and seating area, ideal for al fresco dining. There is ample off road parking to the front of the property. There is also a dog kennel available to leave your four legged friend for a few hours.
