The property has a lovely private garden with tree house, decking and lots of wild birds can be seen and heard. There are grounds surrounding the house which you are free to explore, the woodland walk with stream is very pretty. Pitsligo Castle is a short drive away near the coast and is steeped in history, the area has some lovely walks, try the walk from St Combs to the Strathbeg bird reserve just over four miles. The city of Aberdeen is just a short drive away by car and has some fantastic shopping, museums, galleries and parks to discover. Entering into the large well equipped kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. This is a real spacious family kitchen with a large dining table perfect to catch up together over breakfast or dinner. Through into the hallway you will find the cosy lounge with wood burner, TV and patio doors overlooking the garden. From the hallway you will find two king size bedrooms one has an en suite shower room with WC and there is also a bedroom with bunkbeds. Across the hall from the bedrooms is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is an enclosed garden with decking and BBQ. From the garden you can explore the extended grounds where the house is situated, however please note that this area is open to the public as well. There is ample private parking available.
