The shops, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance and settled snuggly around the harbour. Explore further afield, Kintyre is not only famous for cheese, malt whisky, seafood and sandy beaches but is home to the Machrihanish Golf course, a championship quality golf course, one of many quality golf courses throughout Kintyre and Argyll. These include Tarbert Golf Club, Dunaverty Golf Club and Carradale. The property is in the perfect location for a true Scottish adventure. Step inside this charming cottage, as you enter the cottage you will find yourself in the hallway, The cottage consists of an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with a wood burner. Relax after a long day exploring and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you could need during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy romantic or family gatherings with beautiful views of the harbour. Continuing back through the hall you are met with a double bedroom which offers a tranquil place to relax and unwind and one twin. Across the hall from the twin bedroom, there is a bathroom with a bath over the shower and WC. Venturing outside, head up the stairs towards the back of the property is the summer house, on a summer's day open the bi folding doors and relax on the sofa, listening to some music on the Bluetooth speaker and take in the picture postcard views of the village and marina below or on a cooler night close the doors over and enjoy a lazy evening stargazing with hot chocolate. There is a small patio with a picnic table at the front of the cottage where you can enjoy some al fresco dining on a warm evening. Off road parking for one car is available.
