The spacious accommodation offers access to the lovely on site facilities (charges apply) all set within 150 acres of thoughtfully landscaped grounds, 18 hole golf course with exclusive clubhouse and fishing lake. The complex offers peace and tranquillity yet within easy access of many attractions and the coast. Located in the village of Tydd St Giles just a 15 minute drive from the vibrant maritime town of Kings Lynn and the gateway to North Norfolk with extensive shopping, a wealth of restaurants and pubs to suit even the most discerning of guests. Ideally located to explore Norfolk from the wonderful North Norfolk Coast, to the array of National Trust Properties including the 16th century Blickling Estate. A short car journey will take you to the beach on the Wash where you can watch the sun setting over the sea. Alternatively you can amble around the nature trail on the estate. Attractions nearby include Flag Fen Archaeology Park, Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary and Nene Valley Railway to name a few. On guests arrival to the lodge, entering the property the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, a good size king size bedroom with built in wardrobes and drawers, a TV and having French door leading to the decked area outside, an en suite shower room comprising of corner shower cubicle, wash had basin and WC. A spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobes and drawers, a single bedroom with built in wardrobes. Family bathroom having bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC., towels are not included. Leading to the first floor, Kitchen/diner, a modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, a fridge and freezer which are under the counter appliances, and a washer dryer, dining table and chairs. Lounge area, ideal for all the family to relax, comfortable sofas, TV and DVD. Outside: Decked area to the front of the lodge and rear with garden furniture. Off road parking Leisure facilities: Guests have access to the shared heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, fitness classes, well stocked fishing lake and 18 hole golf course (opening times and full information can be found on the Pure Leisure website, please check full rules and regulations prior to arrival.) Please note: Golf & Fitness classes must be pre booked. Mobile beautician also available. On site bar, restaurant (must be pre booked due to limited opening times) and cafe serving snacks.
