Town: Wisbech is a market town in Cambridgeshire's extreme north-east, bordering Norfolk and slightly under 20 miles from the coast. This town was awarded the Gold Award in the big town category in the RHS Anglia in Bloom competition in 2019. It has a bustling high street with shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as a scattering of independent local businesses. On a gloomy afternoon, visit Luxe Theater, an independent cinema with traditional plush seats, or tour Peckover House and Garden, a majestic Georgian townhouse turned museum located inside a lush 2-acre garden overlooking the River Nene. On a beautiful day, walk about Wisbech Park and have a picnic for lunch, or travel out to nearby King's Lynn, a historic maritime town, for a fun day out. Wisbech is a lovely destination to spend your vacation.
Located in Wisbech, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Elgood's Brewery and Ryston Park Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore The Wash National Nature Reserve and WWT Welney Wetland Centre.
