Situated a short drive away, approximately 13 miles from the High Peak area of the Peak District National Park with its excellent walking and network of canals. Visit the National Trust Lyme Park with a glorious country house surrounded by gardens, moorland, and deer park just 4 miles away. With excellent transport links Hazel Grove train station offers a direct link to Manchester and Manchester International airport is just 8 miles away. Step into the hallway and take off your coat and boots and wander through to the cosy lounge/diner. Relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the Smart TV with wonderful views over the first hole on the golf course. Come together around the dining table for a family meal or to plan the days' activities ahead. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal during your stay, including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The nearby utility room which provides access to the garden offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs the cottage offers three pretty bedrooms, a double bedroom to the front of the property offering stunning views over the green, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, both with views over the garden and mature trees. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed mature garden with seating and swing set. There is off road parking to the front of the cottage for 2 cars.
