This delightful property is set in a stunning rural location with views across the countryside to Roseberry Topping. The beautiful North York Moors (4 miles) offers heather covered hills and miles of beautiful woodland to explore. This is a fantastic area for keen walkers, with the Cleveland Way and Cod Beck near Osmotherley (10 miles) offering breathtaking scenery. Heading north you can discover the vibrant towns of Middlesbrough (4 miles) and Stockton on Tees (11 miles).You can visit the picturesque neighbouring village of Hutton Rudby (3 miles) which has several great pubs, or pop into the charming town of Stokesley (2.4 miles) which hosts a Friday market and has a range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Stepping inside this light and spacious holiday home you will find a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The bright and welcoming lounge features plenty of comfortable seating, a wood burner, SkyTV with Blu ray DVD, a Bluetooth sound bar and a great selection of board games, books and movies. There's also a 6' pool table. You will find a charming dining area, and the stylish kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, microwave and coffee machine. The utility room features a washer/dryer, double air bed and gazebo, and can be used to store bikes. You will also find a ground floor WC. There's even a little house for dogs just under the stairs, complete with dog's chaise longue. Heading upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms, each with SkyTV. The Stag Suite is situated at the western end of the house and features a super king size bed, which can be made up as two single beds on request and has a pull out bed. A glass Juliet balcony affords uninterrupted country views. The second bedroom, toward the rear of the property, is a delightful twin room with a toy box, making it perfect for children, though the beds can be zipped together to form a king size bed for two adults if preferred. This room also has a Blu ray DVD player and Netflix. Finally, the Hare Suite is a stunning room with windows on three sides, offering panoramic country views. A glass Juliet balcony looks out over Roseberry Topping. This room has a super king size bed, walk in dressing room, a sofa, and an en suite wet room with shower and WC. There is also a bathroom complete with bath, large walk in shower and WC. The ground floor now features the new Owl Suite, which has been designed with increase accessibility and has a separate entrance for wheelchair access it is set on the ground floor, with internal access also, at the eastern end of the house and will sleep up to three people. This generous bedroom features a super king size bed, which can also be made up as two full size singles if required. There is a further full size pull out bed below which can sleep a child or adult as required. This room has a plush en suite wet room with disabled facilities. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and drink making facilities. There is a 4K TV with dedicated SkyTV, along with Netflix and much more. The room looks out through four panoramic windows with integral blinds for total privacy. The Owl suite is like a small apartment studio. Outside, you will find the beautiful outdoor decked area. Here you can relax in the barrel sauna or the private hot tub, which has heavenly rural views. There's also an outdoor shower, as well as a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ. The garden is fully enclosed. However, there is a duck pond and paddocks with horses and sheep in the grounds beyond, so children and dogs should be supervised at all times. The cottage shares 27 acres of grounds with the owner's neighbouring farmhouse, and there's a choice of walking and cycling routes running through the land. Secure lockable storage is available for bikes, and the owner is happy to drive you to local cycling routes when available.
