This stunning property enjoys an elevated position on the edge of Trevor, commanding fabulous view from the private estate, from which you can walk to the local amenities including pub and shops. It is set in an ideal location for those who love outdoor pursuits, with plenty of fabulous walks in the area, including hill and mountain trails, or strolls along the canal or rivers where there are also opportunities for mountain biking, white water rafting and canoeing. Take a trip on the horse drawn canal boat, or ride in the steam train in Llangollen with its plethora of eateries and shops. Within 6 miles you can visit many attractions including Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Visitor Centre and the National Trust s Chirk Castle and Erddig Hall to name but a few. This is an all year round destination. Drive through the gates, embrace the view, and continue down to the detached former hay loft. This beautiful conversion is full of character with exposed beams, turret ceiling and all the little luxuries to enhance your stay. Walk into the hall with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. At the opposite end is the utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC here. Upstairs, there is the stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams, feature lighting and interesting artwork. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, with the added bonus of a breakfast bar making this a sociable space to rustle up a meal with local purchases on your travels. The dining table is the perfect setting to gather round and enjoy time together over a meal. After dinner, relax on the comfortable sofa, watch your favourites on the Smart TV or lose yourself in a good book. When ready to retire, there are two beautiful bedrooms to choose from. The king size with Smart TV, dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC, or the lovely twin with feature window and en suite shower room and WC. Both the bedrooms have been designed for a good night s sleep. Stepping outside into the enclosed garden, you will find a private decked area with garden furniture, gas BBQ and lower lawn. The garden adjoins the road, though has a large wooden screen to mitigate the proximity. There are 28 acres of private grounds for just this property and the owners property. Also available is the use of the stables to store bikes, canoes and fishing gear.
