Town: The village of Brymbo can be found just five miles from the centre of Wrexham, North Wales, where you’ll find a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Historically, the village dates back to the Bronze Age, with evidence having been uncovered at a burial site in 1958, alongside a flint knife and an earthenware beaker and the remains of a man they named 'Brymbo Man'. While historical buildings are in short supply in this village, there are a few which are of industrial archaeological interest. This attractive town makes an inspiring choice from which to further explore the surrounding regions of Cheshire and Wales.
Located in Wrexham, this lodge is in a rural area and on a river. William Aston Hall Wrexham and Grove Park Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Moss Valley Golf and North Wales Regional Tennis Centre. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Racecourse Ground or Queensway Leisure and Activity Centre. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking, horse riding, and rock climbing in the area.
