Listen to the neighboring sheep or enjoy the wildlife walks right on the door step. Brenig Lake is 15 minutes from the cottage. There is a scenic cycling ride around the Brenig reservoir. The Brenig Trail circumnavigates Llyn Brenig suitable for both family cycling and for walking at 9.5 miles (15 km) long. Also the Llyn Brenig Reservoir & Visitor Centre with a cafe overlooking the lake. Surf Snowdonia A perfect fresh water lagoon, 300 metres long, set in the lush, green Conwy Valley in the lee of the Snowdonia mountains. The market town of Ruthin is well worth a visit for local crafts and Betws y Coed, as well as having a number of adventure training shops, also has a couple of galleries within the town. Nearby attractions include some activity Parks including Surf Snowdonia with a wave garden surf lagoon. The Zip World Caverns has one of the longest zip wires in Europe and Bounce Below, is a trampoline park set in an underground cavern. For those looking for a spot of fine dining, Tyddyn Llan is one of Wales finest restaurants. There are walks from the door of the cottage, or set off into the Snowdonia National Park to explore Wales largest peak, Mount Snowdon. Enter the cottage through the open porch area and in to the kitchen space, a beautiful well equipped farmhouse style kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Walk past the dining table and find the utility room which offers a washing machine and additional sink, there is also a additional door to access the back of the property. Walk through to the lounge with large feature fire place and wood burner. Take a seat on the gorgeous sofa and spend hours gazing out through the French doors on to the hills or sit back and enjoy the TV or board games. Up the stairs is the spacious super king bedroom which can be transformed into a twin room on request. Opposite you will find the large family bathroom with free standing clawfoot bath and separate shower and WC. The beautiful king size room sits at the back of the property with en suite. The property welcomes children 12 years old. Enjoy a BBQ in the large enclosed garden on the outdoor furniture. 2 dogs are welcome at the cottage, make use of the outside tap for washing off muddy paws. There is also Bike storage available.
