Estuary View Apartment is all about the location. If you are looking for an apartment that is in arguably the best location in the whole area, with everything close by then Estuary View is for you. If you are looking for a place with a nice garden and somewhere to sit outside and read a book, this probably isn’t for you. There is a fantastic Chinese restaurant and wine bar called “Nikki Ips” just a stroll away, a superb and highly recommended French restaurant called “Le Paysanne” again just a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Slightly further afield but still just a few minutes’ walk is the exclusive Deganwy Quay Marina with a Health Spa and swimming pool, restaurant and bar and still within walking distance of Estuary View is the amazing pub The Castle View, well worth a visit for a great meal and great atmosphere and an open fire. Book early if you want to get a table with views of Conwy Castle. If being in the foodie center of North Wales isn’t enough then you can just wander down to the waterfront and beach for a one of the prettiest walk all along the North Wales coast toward the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno. If you are a keen golfer there is no less than four golf courses within 10 minutes of Estuary View Apartment. You can also catch a 10 minute ride on a water taxi across from Deganwy beach to Conwy town where you can visit Conwy Castle and plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.
The apartment itself is a second and third floor maisonette situated above the shops and restaurants of the high street in Deganwy. The views from the apartment and truly exceptional with a 180 degree views of the sea, Conwy Castle and the entrance to Conwy Marina. What Estuary view doesn’t have in outside space it more than makes up for with the breath taking views. The interior is very tasteful and has only just been completely renovated especially to create a wonderful holiday apartment feel.
