Positioned on the St Ives waterfront, there are multiple sandy beaches within walking distance as well as plenty of eateries, boutiques, and bars. St Ives has something for everyone, including the world renowned Tate Gallery and the home of sculptor Barbara Hepworth, complete with its own sculpture garden where art lovers can enjoy the artist s work in its own surroundings. Further afield, take a trip to the stunning Minack Theatre (18 miles), an open air, seaside amphitheatre that hosts a full programme of plays during the spring and summer seasons. Alternatively, head to Porthcurno, Land s End or St Michael s Mount in Marazion, all less than 20 miles. Visit the fishing harbour of Newlyn (10 miles) or stroll along the South West Coast Path. Enter through the communal entrance hall, heading up the staircase to the first floor. Turn to your right and you ll find the apartment. Step into the hallway and on your left, you ll find the stylish twin bedroom (which can be made up into a super king on request). From here to your right is the stylish shower room with shower and WC. Heading to the far end of the hallway, you ll find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with outstanding views across St Ives Harbour and out onto the bay. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, so create a feast for all the family after a day on the beach or an afternoon exploring the streets of St Ives. Gather round the dining table for a special meal with the ever changing harbour views in the background. Cosy up in the lounge area on the comfortable sofa or an armchair and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV, listen to the Bose sound system or relax with a good book. From here, the king size bedroom has outstanding views across the bay towards Godrevy Lighthouse. There is no outside space with this property.
