The property is conveniently located within easy reach of the A39 and a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall. Possible days out include visits to The Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Rock and Padstow. This charming cottage oozes period charm throughout, but with your creature comforts assured promising the perfect Cornish retreat. As you enter the cottage into the entrance hall, the ideal place to kick off your boots and hang your coats following your countryside walk. To your left you have the spectacular open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers a wealth of character, with exposed beams and floor to ceiling windows and French doors that lead out onto the patio area. The beautifully designed lounge area, offers a Smart TV allowing you to catch up on your favourite shows or pull back the curtains and enjoy a night under the stars, it is truly the perfect setting for an evening in with family or friends. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. To the rear of the cottage you will find the master super king size bedroom and a cosy twin zip and link bedroom (which can be into as a king size on request). You will also find the bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC. Venturing outside to the first part of the rear garden, an enclosed courtyard area with table and chairs and a BBQ great for dining outdoors. Following on from here you will find the large enclosed grassed area with seating. There is also a utility room in the out building to the right of the courtyard where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer. There is off road parking for two cars.
