With quick access to the A38, Notter Mill is a great base for you to explore the South West. With the local pub 500 metres from your door and supermarkets only 2.5 miles away, you will have everything you need for a great break away. Local attractions include Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and the Eden Project (30 miles), or you could venture out to the coast and enjoy the eateries, shops and boat trips in the fishing village of Looe (12 miles). Enter the lodge and into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen features an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and is the perfect place to pack up a good lunch for the day or cook up a delicious evening meal. Through to the lounge/dining area, you ll find a great sociable place to spend time together, either around the dining table or relaxing on the comfy seating while watching the TV with Freeview in front of the open fire. Heading through to the two bedrooms, the first is a lovely double bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the second is a relaxing twin bedroom. Next door is the bathroom with a walk in shower and WC. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture, and there is also a shared lawn to enjoy. The complex has a shared coin operated launderette available on site for guests, along with a tennis court, and an outdoor heated swimming pool for all to enjoy. There is parking for one car on the private driveway outside the lodge, and further parking in the shared private car park.
