The town of St Ives is just a 1 mile walk and has a range of amenities including independent shops and eateries as well as a lively art scene with Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Museum being well worth a visit. The location is great as within 25 miles you can visit lovely towns, beaches, quintessential Cornish villages and renowned locations such as Lizard Point and Land s End. There is something for everyone in this corner of Cornwall. Take the stairs or lift down to this lower ground floor apartment and step into the entrance hall where you can drop off coats and boots, there is also a very handy utility cupboard here too. Step into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner and you ll find a lovely lounge area with cosy seating and a Smart TV with a dining table to the side.
