Enter into this stunning property, up a steep external step, via the entrance hallway and straight into the absolutely fabulous kitchen/diner. complete with huge polished concrete dining table, the perfect place to sit, eat, relax and get the family all together for a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric Range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, second fridge and coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer and TV. Moving down a level is a wonderful seating area with coffee table, a nice reading corner to hide away and have some time to yourself. Down a small staircase is the lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV and bi fold doors with fabulous uninterrupted sea views. Back through to the kitchen are stairs leading up to the three bedrooms. The first is a single room with TV, dual aspect and lots of natural light, next door is a stunning stylish bathroom with freestanding bath and WC, the perfect place to soak and relax after a long day on the beach. Next door is a good size double room followed by the master which is a beautiful king size room with walk in wardrobe and fabulous balcony with seating. Outside is an enclosed decked patio area with garden furniture overlooking the sea with access directly onto the beach. You can offload your belongings outside the property and then parking can be found at Kingsand Car Park for a charge of 25 for the week, you can also find parking at Jackman's meadow just a few yards from the property.
