On arrival you will not be disappointed, step through the porch into a beautifully styled property with a blend of old and new, this truly is a special property. The incredible open plan kitchen/diner is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends. Lastly but by no means least, you ll find the sunroom, with vaulted ceilings, yet another wood burner and bi fold doors onto the garden, you ll not be short of somewhere to truly relax on this holiday. Heading upstairs to the first floor you ll find the super king size bedroom with views across farmland, Smart TV, dressing room and en suite shower room with rainfall shower, attachment and WC. There are two king size bedrooms, both with plenty of space and one of which has an en suite shower room with rainfall shower, attachment and WC. There are two twin bedrooms which are great for the children and finally a bathroom with freestanding bath, separate rainfall shower with attachment and WC. Heading outside, you ll find the games room complete with table tennis and football table, sofa and separate WC. A raised decking area with sunken hot tub and outdoor shower so you can relax and unwind completely whilst the children play in the huge garden. With a glass fronted patio terrace, sun loungers and sofa seating to choose from you ll not be short of choice. Dine alfresco on the terrace with the charcoal BBQ on the go or sit around the fire pit and toast marshmallows. There is driveway parking for four cars.
