A short stroll down the cliff tops will lead you to Polzeath Beach, a popular location for surfing enthusiasts, here you can enjoy a bathe on the sandy beach and afterwards have a spot of lunch at a beachfront restaurant. Resting along the Camel River estuary is the lively town of Wadebridge home to a plethora of delicious restaurants, cafes and boutique shops, as well as an 18-mile Camel Trail to explore on foot, horse-back or a bike. Travel a little further afield to the charming town of Padstow, or hop on the foot ferry from Rock for a more convenient way to travel, with a rugged coastline, golden sandy beaches to discover, including outstanding restaurants to sample fresh, Cornish food.
