Heading up to the second floor where three bedrooms are located, one twin overlooking the rear garden, a further twin with views out to sea and one king size with sea views and TV, and an en suite shower room with WC. The bathroom is also situated on this floor with shower over the bath and WC. Going up to the third floor you will find the master suite, a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV and again with outstanding sea views and an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside this coastal house benefits from a patio area with charcoal BBQ, garden furniture and a lawned garden all to the rear and totally enclosed. There is also an external shower which runs hot and cold, ideal of muddy dogs or after a day at the beach.
