Seascape is a spectacular three-storey house overlooking the sparkling sea in Polzeath, Cornwall. With six bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, Seascape is the perfect property for a large group gathering to swim, surf or explore Cornwall’s beautiful coast. With a private driveway with space for four cars, you will have no problem parking up and getting settled into Seascape straight away, where amazing views of the sea will immediately greet you in the open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area; plenty of seating to watch the large Smart TV and plenty of room for a group-effort fry up for the whole family. On the ground floor, you will also find two cloakrooms and a spacious utility, equipped with a basin, two washing machines, a tumble dryer and two walk-in showers. Next door, take advantage of the storage space to dump your wetsuits after a day at the beach. If you need a quiet space to get some work done whilst you are away, there is also a study area with a large desk, two seats and a side door out onto the terrace so you can still enjoy the views. Seascape boasts a lovely contemporary interior and is bright and airy throughout, making it hard to choose between the six fantastic bedrooms; just next door to two shower rooms and a games room, and another four on the first floor, all with en-suites; Seascape offers every guest a great space to relax and unwind after a busy day. Outside the property sits a beautiful terrace, where you can recline on the furniture, taking in the breath-taking views, or if it gets too hot, jump into the plunge pool and relax there before sprucing up for dinner. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic property, Polzeath is a lovely seaside village which you can walk to via the South West Coastal Path just in front of the house, where you will find small shops, cafes and restaurants right by the sandy beach that promises the best waves for surfing, or take the coastal path to explore more of the area by foot. Alternatively, walk left from Seascape to visit Daymer Bay which is a glorious family friendly bay with golden sands, popular with wind surfers and swimmers. Just behind the beach is St. Enodoc Golf Club; a world renowned course and a must for the keen enthusiast. From nearby Rock, you can take the foot-ferry to Padstow and trot down the family-friendly Camel Trail, which can be taken by foot or hiring bikes, or for your country house fix, visit the nearby Pencarrow House and Gardens which offers a children’s play area, café and Iron Age fort. For a traditional, picturesque fishing village, Port Isaac is a short journey away from Seascape and is an Area of Outstanding Beauty, where you will see classic slate-fronted Cornish houses, plenty of lovely walks inland and along the coast, as well as a sheltered sandy beach perfect for families. Further north takes you up the Atlantic Highway to the villages of Tintagel, where the hike to the castle ruins is well worth it for the panoramic views and Boscastle, where you can potter down to the harbour perhaps stopping for a coffee and cake along the way at one of the lovely cafes. With glorious vistas and the perfect location, Seascape offers all the amenities you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday by the coast, whether you are seeking relaxation or an escape to the great outdoors.
