Wow, what a house! It has long been a struggle for large families to get together under one roof in Looe but no more! The Beach House sleeps up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms with 5 king rooms, 2 twin bedrooms. With stunning sea views, large entertaining spaces, fabulous games room and beautiful outside spaces, it really is a treat for a family get together.Newly renovated for the Autumn of 2022, this fabulous house is arranged over three floors. On the first floor is the large open plan living/dining area with stunning hand-made dining table and 14 chairs so the family can all enjoy meals together. A balcony runs the full width of the first floor from where the picturesque sea views can be enjoyed. The fully fitted modern kitchen includes twin ovens, American style fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher and much more, there is also a breakfast table with 6 chairs, a utility with washing machine and tumble drier and a separate WC.Downstairs to the ground floor is the unique games room, complete with vintage arcade games, pool table, electronic virtual pin ball machine, card table with poker set, dartboard and two Smart TVs which link to the house Sky package. To the rear of the games room is a bar/kitchen area with toaster, kettle and fridge for those enjoying the games room at breakfast and bar fridge with separate icemaker for those looking to chill a few evening drinks, separate WC. Patio doors lead from the games room to the large sea facing furnished patio which is lit at night. For the Summer 2023 there is an outside cooking area with gas BBQ. Also on the ground floor are two king bedrooms and two twin rooms all with en suite shower rooms. The two king rooms are both to the front to the house overlooking the garden and sea with the twin rooms to the rear of the house. There is a separate WC just off the downstairs kitchenette.On the second floor are a further three bedrooms. One king room with en suite shower room, a second king room with balcony overlooking the sea and third king bedroom. Five bedrooms overlook the sea and there is also a family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.A dog friendly beach is just across the road and the walk into West Looe is 5-10 minutes, 20 to walk around to East Looe. The beautiful South West Coastal Path is also accessed just a 5 minute walk from the house. Looe has numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as boat trips, fishing trips, boat and paddleboard hire opportunities and more.To the rear of the house is an enclosed garden area, parking for approximately 6 cars on the drive, and an electric car charger. The house has free Wifi, Smart TVs in the lounge, kitchen, and two in the games room and a Sky package which serves all but the kitchen TV. The house welcomes up to two well behaved dogs.
