The esplanade forms part of the South West Coastal Footpath and there are wonderful walks in each direction. A passenger ferry runs frequently over to the pretty village of Polruan or travel by small ferry over to Mevagissey, a pretty coastal boat trip. From the Town Quay hire a boat, take a 1940s steamboat river trip or relax at one of the waterfront pubs and cafes. Heading further afield, visit the Eden Project, Charlestown, one of the filming locations in the TV series Poldark, The Lost Gardens of Heligan or Hangloose Adventures. There as countless beaches and coastal walks all within quick and easy reach. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is reached through the main door, with a voice security system, then up a gentle flight of stairs, to its own front door. Once inside you will see the stunning and uninterrupted views over the estuary and harbour mouth from the lounge/diner, in the lounge area relax after a busy day sightseeing and watch a movie on the TV/DVD or enjoy some music on the CD player/ radio. In the dining area you can sit and enjoy stunning views while enjoying your dinner. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. There is also a small table for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning. After a busy day retire to the bedroom which has a king size bed. The shower room has a shower and WC. There is no outside space, however it is just a short walk to the town centre. The property has allocated parking space for two cars.
