St Ives boasts a range of eclectic bars and restaurants, whilst also offering beaches, shops, a harbour and plenty of coastal walks. The sandy beaches of Carbis Bay and Hayle are within 10 miles for a good day out. Located in a great spot to explore west Cornwall, you can find Land s End 20 miles away, whilst the Lizard is 25 miles. The city of Truro is also a 25 mile drive away and offers host of attractions including a modern cathedral and unique shopping experiences. A step up into the apartment brings you into the welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The apartment has been arranged to make clever use of space, creating a cosy and comfortable base for two guests. The lounge area has an exposed stone wall and feature fireplace, the perfect spot to curl up on the sofa to enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a day exploring. Towards the back of the room is the dining area which houses the breakfast bar and two stools. The kitchen area provides an oven and hob, fridge and microwave. Leading off the kitchen, the bedroom offers a queen sized bed and an en suite shower room with WC. Whilst this apartment does not have any outside space, St Ives offers beaches, coastal walks and a harbour all within 100 metres. Parking can be found in local car parks at an additional charge.
