This lovely cottage is located near delightful St Agnes, a wonderful village set in a stunning and unspoilt Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and which is also a World Heritage Site. St Agnes is a thriving creative mix of traditional local inns, restaurants and art galleries. A great base for the avid walker or beach goer, the stunning coastal path is on your doorstep. Relax on one of the four different beaches or try a spot of surfing. Attractions in the area include the Wheel Coates ruins, St Agnes Beacon, Tehidy Country Park, the South West Coast Path, the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Cornwall Gold, Dairy Land Farm World, St Michael s Mount and Land s End. On entering this traditional and cosy one level property you will find a snug and inviting lounge/diner where you can snuggle down in front of the TV and wood burner. Moving into the attractive kitchen you will find all that you might need during your stay, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. You will also find a king size bedroom complete with TV and en suite shower and WC. There is also a delightful sun room with furniture and doors to the garden which affords views across the fields and out over the bay. Heading outside you will find a decked area with seating by a pond and a separate BBQ area. There is plenty of off road parking space. The property is accessed via a long unmade farm track (not suitable for cars with low clearance i.e. sports/smart cars), and the accommodation adjoins the owner s home, but still provides total privacy. The beach, shops and pub are all within walking distance.
