To the north, the nearest beach is Gwithian, while Praa Sands is the closest on the south coast. Lively St Ives and Marazion, home to St Michaels Mount, are also close by, as well as a number of fantastic restaurants, bars and pubs. There s many great days out within easy reach including the Minack Theatre, Tate St Ives and Land s End. Surrounded by traditional farmland, this stone cottage is one of two in this enviable location. Upon entering the property you will find the open plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The lounge is a lovely and relaxing space, with a TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker being everything you need to kick back and unwind. The large dining table comfortably seats six, leading into the kitchen area, which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. A WC can also be found on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, there are the three bedrooms: a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a king size bedroom, which also benefits from an en suite shower and WC. Also on this floor is a bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside of the cottage, you can relax in the sunshine in the large garden, laid to lawn. The stand out feature of this garden is the hot tub, which has been a success with previous guests and is ideal for watching the sunset from. There is also a BBQ to prepare an al fresco meal with. Off road parking is available.
