Situated in quiet, landscaped gardens yet only five minute walk to two beaches, Rosemary Cottage offers excellent accommodation for up to five people. The owners are constantly updating the property and further upgrades have taken place over this winter. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The main door leads through a porch area (useful for the storage of outside clothing etc) into the large lounge/dining room. This room has a feature stone fireplace, a large LCD TV with Freeview and DVD, plus a games console (Wii) and iPod/Mp3 docking/music station as well as wifi access. There is a dining area with seating for 5. This room leads on to the fully fitted kitchen, equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and drier.
On the first floor, there are three lovely bedrooms, a double, a twin and the last a single room. The bathroom is situated here and includes a bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.
From the rear garden there are pleasant views to the sea and there are two beaches immediately available only a 5 minute walk away. The rear garden is decked at several levels and provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the views and perhaps a barbecue. Parking is available for one car in a private car park 25 yards from the cottage.
Rosemary Cottage is a perfect base for a Cornish holiday close to the sea. The town of Looe can be reached in about twenty minutes via the coastal footpath or in five minutes by car. The property has been renovated with real flair retaining the best of the old whilst introducing modern touches and up to date amenities.
