The Maenporth Estate is a unique development of individually owned holiday homes in 29 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland on the South Cornwall coast. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is close at hand. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach, flanked by green hills is a short walk down the hill, passing by The Cove - a smart bistro restaurant and cafe with a Mediterranean style terrace. The facilities here are excellent, Maenporth leisure complex is for the exclusive use of residents and has a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and sun terrace with BBQ. A pool table and table tennis can be found in the lofty games hall. Also on-site are two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area. The gardens, leisure facilities and play areas are all beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard. Tasteful and elegant Pine Cottage sits between the indoor leisure centre and the tennis courts. To the rear, you have your own private patio which looks over the adjoining communal lawned gardens, Monterey pine trees and open countryside beyond. Inside, the spacious open plan lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and glazed doors to the outside sitting area. Also on the ground floor is a well equipped, smart fitted kitchen. Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms - a bright and airy master and a family room with three single beds.
