Positioned at Porthminster Point, Carrack Vean has perhaps the most outstanding views in St Ives with regular sights of dolphins and seals popping up in the bay. Located right on the South West Coast Path, a short walk takes you to the charismatic town of St Ives, a picture perfect hub with cobbled streets, beautiful beaches, art galleries, independent shops and a stunning harbour. There s plenty to see and do hire a paddleboard, surfboard or kayak, or simply relax in the sun. As if this wasn't enough, you can take a boat trip to Seal Island, just 3.5 miles west, or hop on a train and enjoy the breathtaking coastal views between St Erth and St Ives. Walkers will enjoy rambling along the South West Coast Path, which takes you through St Ives to its final destination, Land s End. The coastal town of Penzance, with its bustling harbour, and Marazion, the home of the iconic St Michael s Mount, are just 10 miles to the south. With vaulted ceilings and light beaming throughout, this property showcases sympathetically styled coastal colours and ambient decor. You certainly won t be disappointed. As you step inside, you ll find yourself in the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge perfect for catching up with loved ones with the backdrop of superb views across the bay. It really is a luxury setting. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric double oven and an induction hob, a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a large dining table so you are set up perfectly to enjoy mealtimes whilst listening to your favourite music on the Bluetooth speakers. Off to the side, you'll find a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Large sliding doors open up to reveal the lounge where you can enjoy the stunning views through the floor to ceiling windows with the wood burner crackling in the foreground. Or, kick back and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV, perhaps opening the french doors to enjoy the gentle sea breeze. To the rear of the property, you'll find a tastefully furnished bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), French doors to the garden, Smart TV, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, yet more sea views and a stylish en suite wet room with a rainfall shower, wall massage jets, an additional handheld shower and a WC. As you walk through the hallway, you ll discover a double bedroom with views across Porthminster Beach towards St Ives, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Lastly, but by no means least, at the front you ll find a stunning super king size bedroom with a balcony. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise, staying on the lookout out for seals and dolphins in the bay. There is a second wood burner so, if the mood takes you, cosy up in the armchair and relax with a good book whilst taking in the panoramic views of St Ives Harbour, Porthminster Beach, Carbis Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse, binoculars at the ready. Step outside and into the three tiered garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining and a BBQ whilst taking in the stunning sea views. Heading up to the next terrace, you ll find a hot tub where you can unwind after an eventful day exploring. Up another flight of steps and you ll discover a bench and coffee table offering yet more picture postcard views simply perfect. There is driveway parking for two cars.
