Shower room; New large walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside: From the kitchen, there is a sheltered, fully enclosed courtyard with a gas barbecue and garden table to seat six.
Parking: One allocated space on seafront car park, suitable for medium size cars (permit provided).
