The kitchen is well equipped with a double electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and microwave. Also on this floor, there is a bathroom, with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor, there are two other bedrooms, both with super king size zip and link beds (which can be made into twins on request). There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. To the front of the property, there is a small area with seating to make the most of the view. The balcony out from the dining room offers first floor viewing, and there is driveway parking for two cars.
