Welcome to The Cove, a spacious five-bedroom property in the picturesque fishing port on the north coast of Cornwall.
The property has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, ideal for people with mobility issues, popular with grandparents or friends as they can have their own access to this part of the house. The large kitchen/dining area separates the downstairs bedrooms from the living room and has access to the garden and front of the house. The spacious living room has giant sofas, ideal for relaxing after a busy day, the Sky Glass Smart TV will entertain everyone and the Google Home Hub allows you to link smartphones and stream music in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped providing everything you would need, pop down to the local bakery in the morning for fresh bread and pastries, or the supermarket to pick-up last-minute ingredients. On the first floor are a further three bedrooms, and a second bathroom and separate toilet complete this fantastic property.
Within walking distance is the town, with a Blue Flag sandy beach popular with families, a large play area and lovely walks, you can hire bikes or bring your own and explore the nearby Portreath to Falmouth Coast to Coast trail. Within 5 miles you will find Redruth, famous for its Cornish Mining World Heritage site at Heartlands, and also home to Victoria Gardens, a great place to visit for everyone. The Flat Lode Trail is just over 5 miles away in Carn Brea, choose from the 7½ mile circular walk starting at King Edward Mine through breath-taking countryside passing historic mines, or just wander round the ruins. There is so much to do here it appeals to all ages, whether you want a base to explore further afield or just enjoy everything on your doorstep. Beach ½ mile.
