Glanville House is a luxurious coastal retreat with spellbinding sea views positioned on the harbour front in the village of Mevagissey. The house sleeps eight people and has two double and two twin rooms plus a bathroom and a shower room on the upper two floors. On the ground floor is a lovely large open plan kitchen dining room and an elegant sitting room with a wood burner. French windows open from the sitting room to the beautiful enclosed terrace which is an oasis of calm offering a high degree of privacy. Unloading is possible outside the house and cars can be parked at a nearby car park (around 500 metres away) at a cost of around £40 per vehicle per week. Located right on the harbour , Glanville House offers high quality accommodation for families and groups in a glorious coastal setting.
Amenities: Central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and electric 5 ring Neff hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with freeview, WiFi, DVD and iPod dock. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Unloading is possible to the rear of the house and then guests will need to walk up the path with their luggage. Cars can be parked at a nearby car park (around 500 metres away) at a cost of around £40 per vehicle per week. Children over two welcome. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk.

Town: The perfect Cornish fishing village, with winding cobbled streets and a picturesque harbour full of boats. Stunning walks lead along the coast in both directions, with sandy beaches, high cliffs and hidden coves to explore. The village has an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants, whilst just up the road are the Lost Gardens of Heligan. A ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey also runs daily between Easter and September. Spend some time at the Tall Ships harbour at Charlestown (7 miles) with its shipwreck museum, or among the tropical biomes of the world-famous Eden Project (11 miles). The stunning coastline, fabulous beaches and renowned gardens of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula are a short drive down the coast while Truro, with its shops, restaurants, theatre and cathedral can be reached by car in half an hour.
Located in St Austell, this vacation home is on the beach. Caerhays Castle and Pinetum Park and Pine Lodge Gardens are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South West Coast Path Section 31 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 32 Trailhead. Eden Project and Mevagissey Aquarium are also worth visiting.
