Great location on lovely Holiday Complex, with lovely facilities (seasonal) The indoor swimming pool and sauna can be found in the Reception Building, aswell as the bar and restaurant, amusements / games room. There is outdoor play area, tennis courts, crazy golf, set in communal gardens. This is a lovely safe place for children to relax and play.
PLEASE NOTE ..... If access to facilities is required, there is a £5 charge per guest for the Facilities Pass for your stay. This is due before your arrival. On arrival at Reception - staff will give you the Facilities Passes.

Lovely modern property, decorated in a charming seaside style, well equipped property with everything you could need.
This is a fantastic location in Cornwall, with so many amazing beaches nearby. Perranporth beach is just a short drive down the road, this is the perfect seaside town with stunning beach, surf school, lovely cafes restaurants and bars, shops and take aways.
St Agnes beach is also very close, this is a lovely beach with great cafe/ bar and surf school.
Truro is just a few miles away, this is a fantastic city centre with the big stores, plenty of restaurants and bars, and Truro Cathedral is well worth a visit.
Newquay is also very close, with its amazing surfing beaches, great restaurants bars etc.
This is a fantastic area of Cornwall, im sure you would have the most amazing stay here.
The staff here are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. This Park is set in communal gardens with play area, ideal for children to play and relax

PLEASE NOTE : Guests are not permitted to bring extra guests to the property or the Holiday Park at all. Only booked guests are allowed to spend time at the property.
All facilities are seasonal -- offered from March to October half term. We can offer great value stays here outside of these dates, but without facilities available.
We can accept 1 dog at certain times ...... please contact us regarding this. This is not always possible so it is vital to check this BEFORE booking please.
There is a small additional cost for a dog, and certain guidelines to follow to avoid any damage or problems.
All beds will be made up for 6 guests. At certain times, there is also the sofa bed that can be used at certain times, if you are happy to bring the extra bedding to use here. Contact us before booking if this is required --- as this is not always available ! There is a small extra charge of £39 when more than 6 guests are staying.
All cars park on the car park here --- which is ideal without constant traffic around the site. This means it is lovely and safe for children to play and relax.
