Hillside is a tucked away in the fields, just10 minutes walk to Treyarnon Bay. Spacious and secluded with surround views of both bay and surrounding fields, inside it is light and calm, tasteful and comfortable. From its 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are lovely views and huge luxurious beds. Outside decking leads out to a pretty enclosed garden and the hot-tub (OPTIONAL) commands great views following the stream down to the Bay.
Spacious and equipped to a high standard with excellent WiFi, broadband; telephone land line, Sonos and 4 flat-screen televisions with free-view.
The kitchen dining room is bright and accommodating (table seats up to 12) - as is the lounge; the beds are large and deeply comfortable.
The cottage sleeps 8 but also offers a cot for a baby.
All four bedrooms are big, three have king or super king-size beds; two have en suites bath/shower rooms and downstairs is a family bathroom; - the fourth bedroom has two single beds.
A sunny enclosed garden allows great BBQ's and outdoor eating on the decking.
Or simply watching the sun-set on the beach from the privacy of the Hot-tub.
10-15 minutes easy walk to the beach either across fields or using the road (village road only into Treyarnon) and 20 mins to Trevose links golf course.
The Youth Hostal on Treyarnon Bay does simple food and opens its friendly bar for local beers, ciders and music, everyone welcome including your dog.
Wonderful surfing at Treyaron beach, a large sandy cove with rock pools, surfing and the natural sea swimming pool.
It is but a few minutes from our back door to drop down and join the South West Coastal Path following the walk to Constantine Bay, Porthcothan and further round to Padstow.
Golf on the Championship lynx course at Trevose Golf Club at Constantine is half a mile away and within walking distance; St Merryn with its restaurants and pubs are a short walk 20 minutes across the tops of the hills, again with lovely views to Padstow and the sea.
Ideal for families of all ages or enthusiasts of walking, bird-watching or golf, surfers, friendship groups and cyclists.
