The cottages are in the the heartlands of the Mourne Mountains just 5 miles away from the coastal sea side resort of Newcastle, where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea.

Mourne Mountains and Murlough National Nature Reserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Tollymore National Outdoor Centre and Newcastle Community Cinema.
