Fairfield is a fabulous and spacious home nestled in the Cumbrian village of Eskdale Green. This nine-bedroom house enjoys a contemporary interior with Jerusalem stone flooring, light and airy rooms and views of the beautiful countryside. On arrival, be greeted by off-road parking for eight cars before stepping inside to explore the kitchen, with its silestone worktops housing everything you need. Relax and unwind in the living/dining room in front of the TV and admire the greenery from the large windows before enjoying a feast at the dining table. For your entertainment, there is a stylish games room with pool table, darts board, table tennis and a corner sofa and card table for an inviting setting. Window door leads out to the enclosed patio, where you can savour a glass of wine; afterwards head upstairs to the roof terrace to watch the sunset. The first floor is divided into two levels and offers five king-size bedrooms, a double and a twin, with one king-size bedroom offering access to the lovely roof terrace. Venture upstairs to the top floor, where you will find a king-size and a double, both with an-suites and Juliet balconies to sip your morning coffee. A short stroll will lead you to a convenience store to stock up on the essentials. For drinking and dining two pubs are within easy walking distance with a further three a short distance away at Boot. Nearby, you can explore Stanley Ghyll Waterfall to watch a cascading fall, immerse yourself in the past at the 2nd-century Hardknott Roman Fort or tee up at Eskdale Golf Course. Visit the small seaside village of Seascale, steeped in history with its Grey Croft Stone Circle and you can wander along Seascale Beach with an ice-cream in hand.
