The market town of Keswick is situated between Skiddaw and Derwentwater. The Mountain festival which is held annually, usually in May or June, holds three days of world class sports, lots of outdoor activities, talks, films and live music events which take place beside the lake. The town centre with its independent shops is within walking distance and Fitz Park is directly opposite the apartment, with it's sensory garden and rose walkway. It also has clear views onto the Skiddaw range; as well as a cricket pavilion, bowling greens and a fantastic children's playground as well as tennis courts and a putting green. Walk into the property and you will discover a spacious open plan lounge/diner. It is a lovely ground floor social space to relax and catch up after a day out exploring. The lounge area has a Smart TV, attractive flame effect electric fire and a double sofa bed for that extra guest. The kitchen is off the lounge area, there is also an open window/hatch from the kitchen through to the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Head from the kitchen and through into the hallway and you will find two bedrooms, a double and a single. There is a bathroom off the hallway which features a double shower and WC. There is a small paved area with bench seating to the front of the property where you can sit out and watch the world go by. The private parking space for one car is to the rear of the property, accessed via the hallway.
