The cottage sleeps up to fourteen people in six bedrooms which are made up of a zip/link super king-size double, a double with an en-suite, a double, a single with pull-out stacker bed and two second floor twins, one of which has a pull-out stacker bed. There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together.

Note: Staircase to second floor is narrow and has a tight turn, not suitable for people with limited mobility and children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Please note: there are a number of steps inside the property that may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
