This lodge is positioned in the scenic countryside near to Hadrians Wall, and on the farm, there are a number of Easycare sheep together with small number of varied breeds of poultry. The region is proud of its heritage and links to Hadrian s Wall, and further along the wall in Northumberland is Vindolanda a Roman settlement which is the most extensive site to be seen along Hadrian s Wall and indeed anywhere in Britain. Enjoy walking Hadrian s wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, including Housesteads Fort, within a short distance from the property and offering plenty of opportunities for scenic walks.
