The table comfortably seats 20 and the bespoke kitchen with AGA (which consists of two electric ovens, an electric hob,) and an island which has a breakfast bar and stools to sit up and enjoy a coffee or chat whilst cooking, which also accommodates a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. On the half landing up to the first floor there is a games room with TV and games console. Then on the first floor you will find five bedrooms all of the rooms are spacious with en suite facilities. There is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, one super king size with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and two king size bedrooms both with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Then on the second floor there is a twin with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, two super king size with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and another double. There is also a utility room on the first floor which has a washing machine. There is a spacious private garden and extensive patio with seating with views over the fells. There is ample private parking available on the private drive to the front and side of the house which will accommodate up to seven cars.
