With lots to do in the area which was the hub of the industrial revolution, take a walk down the Cromford Canal or visit Crich Tramway Museum or the famous John Smedley knitwear factory mill shop. The Victorian style conservatory with an original tiled floor gives the property a real sense of character. The conservatory leads through to the spacious dining room which has a large dining table which can seat 10 people and is tastefully decorated in keeping with the properties age. The separate lounge which can seat 10 people has a large open fire set into an original Victorian fireplace giving this room an inviting ambience for those cosy nights in. The room has large windows which not only give the space a wonderful brightness, but also offer breath taking views of the landscape. The kitchen is reached up a couple of steps off the dining room and has exposed beams and an original stone fireplace making this fully equipped kitchen a wonderful space for dining at the breakfast bar. A games room with a pool table is located just off the kitchen, and ensures guests are entertained throughout their stay. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size double bed and an en suite shower room, with a toilet and hand basin. The second and third bedrooms are spacious with one containing two single beds and the other three single beds. The final bedroom is a charming family room complete with a king size bed and a single bed. The room has an en suite bathroom with a shower over, toilet and hand basin making it the ideal family bedroom. There is also a main bathroom on this floor with a bath, shower over, toilet and hand basin which ensures there are no queues for the shower in the morning. Outside there are delightful patio areas which take in the stunning views, there is a secluded patio which is the ideal spot if you wish to hire a hot tub to make your stay extra special, from here you can take in the views across the landscape. There is also a secure rear lawn garden which is accessed via some stone steps. All in all this house offers a beautiful place and location for a holiday to be remembered.
