This enchanting 2-bedroom cottage, built in 1793, exudes charm and character and holds a prestigious grade 2 listing within the historical World Heritage Site.
Step inside to find a delightful open-plan kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, fully equipped with modern amenities and a cozy log burner effect fire. The seating area boasts a smart TV for your entertainment. Ascend the first spiral staircase to discover a charming single bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. Journey further up the second spiral staircase to reveal a comfortable double bedroom.
While staying at Agniti Cottage, take note that the staircases are narrow and steep, adding to the cottage's unique character.
For added convenience, there's an external utility shed area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Guests have the pleasure of enjoying the small garden area behind the sheds of West Row, or they can bask in the serene ambiance of the beautiful courtyard at the back of the cottage, which offers captivating views of the river, allowing them to truly relish the splendours of Darley Abbey.
