With the River Wye running through the market town, there are plenty of peaceful walks to enjoy in the area. The Peak District has so much to offer for young and old to enjoy, Chatsworth House and Gardens are known as the jewel in the crown for the area, and don t forget to stop at the famous Chatsworth Farm Shop for supplies. Haddon Hall is a short drive away and oozes history. The Tissington trail, Monsal trail, and High Peak trail are fantastic terrain for bikes or pushchairs being disused railways. The spacious ground floor apartment provides sociable open plan kitchen/lounge/dining space all on one level. The kitchen area has been fitted with contemporary units and includes everything you should need throughout your stay including large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The spacious dining and lounge area provides, large comfortable sofas, one being a double sofa bed, Smart TV/DVD and desk with doors leading out into the garden for those lazy summer evenings. The master bedroom with double bed includes fitted wardrobes and also benefits from an en suite bathroom with bath, enclosed shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom, has an additional double bed, each with its own bedside table and lamp. The bathroom provides an enclosed shower, sink and WC. Outside the property benefits from a large slabbed patio to the front of the property, surrounded by a pretty garden and some seclusion from trees.
