Moving through to the spacious open plan kitchen/diner which is tastefully decorated with neutral tones. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a good meal including electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge. Enjoy your culinary efforts dining with good company around the traditional dining table. The conservatory provides a warm spot to relax on the comfy seating and watch the birds in the garden with doors leading outside. There is a handy utility room with washing machine, freezer and a shower room with shower and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor there is a king size bedroom decorated in neutral tones with built in wardrobes and twin zip and link bedroom (which can be made into super king size on request), both providing a gorgeous space for a restful nights sleep. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Over the stairs tucked away in the eves is a sleeping area perfect for kids who like a bit of adventure which is accessed via a ladder over the stairs. The front garden is enclosed and stone paved with mature planting which leads through to the back and offers a table, outdoor seating perfect for relaxing summer evenings in the garden. The secure garden offers a place to store bikes behind a locked gate. There is off road parking for one car.
