Nearby Tansley village is nestled on the edge of the Peak District next to the market town of Matlock. Nearby Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Matlock Bath, all easily accessible by car. There are lovely country walks from the property, the ideal base for those who enjoy the outdoors and plenty of off road cycling tracks for those who like exploring on two wheels. Matlock has a variety of shops, supermarkets, a launderette, cafes, restaurants, pubs, indoor swimming pool, weekly market and parks. Matlock Bath is a well known resort on the River Derwent, visit popular Heights of Abraham or Gulliver s Kingdom with the family, enjoy fish and chips, cable cars and numerous entertainments throughout the year. The Matlock Bath illuminations and firework display are especially popular in autumn. This spacious accommodation, set all on one level, offers a warm welcome, stepping into the entrance area is an ideal place to kick off your boots and coats and wander through to the kitchen. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook up a hearty meal such as an electric range oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Perch on the bar stools and enjoy a drink while you chat to the chef for the evening. Heading through to the spacious lounge, with the large wood burner being the focal point of the room, curl up on the comfy sofas to relax and watch something on the TV. Situated off the lounge is the beautiful bright conservatory with comfortable seating and views over the garden and breath taking countryside. Throw open the conservatory doors during the hot summer days or snuggle up in the blankets provided in the cooler months. Enjoy a meal in the dining room which offers ample space for everyone to come together around the table and enjoy the company. The snug provides a further TV or can be used as a quiet space for reading, where a selection of books and board games are provided. You will also find a separate WC. There are three spacious bedrooms in the property. Enjoy views of the rolling countryside in both the super king size bedroom and double bedroom, which share the nearby bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower and WC. Relax in the last of the bedrooms, a king size, with en suite shower room and WC. To the rear of the property there is a large south facing sunny garden which is great for garden games or simply just relaxing and taking in the views from the patio seating. The driveway is shared with an adjacent property, with off road private parking for three cars available.
