The village base is ideal being located in the heart of the Peak District National Parks with walks from the village into the parklands of Chatsworth House. Fully restored in recent years the cottage provides contemporary style throughout. You enter the cottage into the spacious open plan accommodation, with oak beams and stone flagged floors adding to its character. To your right is the dining area, to the rear with part breakfast bar is the fully equipped kitchen and to your left the sitting area with woodburner in the original grit stone fireplace. Also on the ground floor is the separate utility room ideal for additional storage and drying along with the cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. The stairs lead to the two first floor bedrooms, the main bedroom with a king size bed and en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin, the second bedroom has two single beds. Also on this floor is the general bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. The second flight of stairs takes you to the third bedroom which is suitable to have the travel cot in, with a double bed, the sloping ceilings adding to the charm of the room. Enjoy the mature cottage style garden with mature plants and two delightful patio sitting areas. There is a lockable shed available for bike storage.
