For those into their motorsport then the property is just five miles from Donington Race Track which provides a fun filled family day out with various events throughout the year. Guests entering this fabulous property arrive in the lobby area, which to the right leads through the large, open plan, spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area offers the perfect relaxation spot, consisting of two large comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. There is a piano, which guests are welcome to use. The dining area has enough seating for up to six guests and features a Smart TV with Sonos sound bar, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The sociable kitchen area has a breakfast bar with seating for a more casual dining area and boasts two electric ovens and induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Located off the kitchen is a utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. The garage is accessed via the utility room and has a full size table tennis table along with two sofas for spectators. There is a second sitting room with Smart TV and Sonos sound bar. The ground floor also has two bedrooms; a large twin with en suite shower and WC and a super king size with an en suite shower, bath, WC and dressing room. Heading up the stairs is a third bedroom which is a super king size with a balcony and an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. The rear of the property has a private patio area, benefiting from morning sun, with garden furniture and a gas BBQ. The front of the property benefits from more garden furniture to enjoy some al fresco drinks, with countryside views providing the back drop as the sun goes down. There is a large pond and a ha ha (steep drop) within the mainly lawned, one acre garden. The large back garden is fenced off which means that dogs and children can be kept away from the pond and ha ha safely. There is also a fire pit. There is private parking for four cars.
