Just beyond this room is a separate snug, ideal for younger children with TV and a selection of books, games and puzzles. Back to the hallway steps down lead to the leisure floor where you can find a cinema room with sofas and a large screen. Adjoining this room is a games room with pool table, table football and music can be played via the large Smart TV or via Bluetooth speakers. Seating means this is where the sporting challenges start, there is something for everyone. The bedrooms are all situated on the first and second floor as you climb the wide staircase to the first floor you come to a half landing with a shower room with shower and WC. Up the stairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms, one twin room and one king size (zip and link can be a twin on request) with an en suite shower and WC and views over the town. A further king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en suite shower and WC. Carrying on to the second floor there are a further three bedrooms, one small double, one single and the master bedroom which has a king size, sea views and an en suite shower and WC. A separate bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes the superb accommodation. Stepping outside there is a rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, giving easy access to the coastal footpath. At the front of the property is off road parking for four cars. There is also an outside shower and tap ideal for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy toes and paws.
